The Safe Changes Toolkit is a practical resource designed to support youth workers, educators, and community leaders in delivering engaging training sessions on key topics such as cybersecurity, internet addiction, online social risks, and information trustworthiness. Developed collaboratively by eight organizations across five countries, the toolkit includes ready-to-use activities, storytelling templates, and guidance for facilitating group work, making it a valuable tool for promoting safe and informed digital practices among young people.
Youth Stories for a Safer Digital Life is a 128 pages collection of participatory storytelling booklets developed within the SAFE CHANGES project to explore young people’s experiences in digital spaces. Created through collaborative workshops involving youth from different countries and backgrounds, the booklets address key themes such as cybersecurity, internet addiction, online social risks, and information trustworthiness through relatable stories, reflections, and practical advice.
Designed for young readers, educators, youth workers, and community facilitators, the collection combines lived experiences with awareness-raising content to encourage safer, more critical, and more conscious digital practices. Through storytelling and peer-based reflection, the booklets promote dialogue, empathy, and digital responsibility in an accessible and engaging way.

The training of trainers within the Safe Changes Programme includes three ToTs, each of 36 hours of interactive free online training sessions held between January 2025 and May 2026, and involving five countries.
8 workshops of 36 hours each, in three cycle for a total of 27 workshops in blended mode, implemented locally in 5 countries, 8 organizations, involving over 960 young people aged 13–30. The workshops combine digital education and creative storytelling to raise awareness on online risks and empower youth through practical, participatory activities.
